Bob Chaney has a world of knowledge. Born in California and raised in a US Navy family, Bob has lived throughout Europe and both the East and West Coast. Returning to California in 1965, Bob first came to Big Bear in 1967 on ski trips. He knew one day this would be his home. In 1969 Bob started building here in Big Bear.

Bob puts his clients at ease, making their dreams come true. Brenda McClelland-Chaney was born in Illinois and moved to California in 1980. Brenda began her Real Estate career in 1981 right here in Big Bear. She received her Broker License in 1984. Brenda takes pride in being #1 in customer service. Both Bob and Brenda are members of the Board of Realtors and the Big Bear Chamber of Commerce. They both enjoy their 3 daughters and 3 grand daughters, golf, skiing and sailing on Big Bear Lake Bob and Brenda have been constant Top Producers and each hold awards for 1997 through 2010. The Chaneys have a high rate of referrals and repeat customers. Bob and Brenda feel they live in a "World Class 4-Season Resort." |
